Tuesday, July 9 - 8U thru 12U & 15U CHECK IN
Bring your printed roster & copies of your BIRTH CERTIFICATES or government I.D. for each player to check in. 
MANAGERS MEETING: *ONE TEAM REPRESENTATIVE MUST be present. Teams attending the meeting will receive a Managers Meeting Badge at the conclusion of the meeting as proof of your attendance.

OPENING CEREMONIES AND SKILLS COMPETITION for  8U thru 12U- Noon to 4pm, at Pelicans Ballpark -team Parade prior to start of Pelicans Game for all those that want to participate.

Team Check-In: will start at 2pm @Pelicans Ballpark (Right Field Line/Picnic Area): players are not required to check-in individually
Managers Meeting: 3pm @Pelicans Ballpark (Right Field Line/Picnic Area)
 
Wednesday, July 10 --- 8U-12U & 15U Tournament play starts (1st Pitch 8am)
Thursday, July 11 --- 8U-12U & 15U Tournament play continues
Friday, July 12 --- 8U-12U & 15U Tournament play continues
Saturday, July 13 --- 8U-12U & 15U Tournament play continues

Upper-class:Team Check-in & managers meeting will be Saturday, July 13th from 4pm-6pm at the Triple Crown Tent at Grand Park, (players are not required to check in)

Sunday, July 14 --- 8U-12U & 15U CHAMPIONSHIP DAY (completed by 6 p.m.)
                                 Upper-class Tournament play begins (1st pitch 8am)
Monday, July 15 --- Upper-class Tournament play continues

Tuesday, July 16 --- 13U AND 14U CHECK IN
