PAST CHAMPIONSREFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is SOLD OUT or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels up to 60 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 61 or more days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
