The Southwest Summer Nationals is a 'STAY TO PLAY' Event
*For the 2024 Southwest Summer Nationals, paid teams will receive a personalized booking link from EventConnect allowing them to block rooms on-line. Penciled teams will not have access to hotels or their personalized booking link until the entry fee is paid in full. HOTELS WILL NO LONGER TAKE BOOKINGS OVER THE PHONE! Triple Crown Baseball is excited to announce our second Summer Nationals event and encourage your program to check out our family-friendly championship experience, the 2024 Southwest Summer Nationals. Round Rock features an open Summer Nationals for teams of all skill levels to come and enjoy a better baseball vacation!
We’ll be playing in the Sports Capital of Texas - Round Rock - and bring together well rounded competition to ensure squads with similar profiles will take their spot in a true double-elimination bracket format. We want your team to have a shot at the top of the podium from the first pitch to the last out! Thursday starts our pool play from 8am-4pm where teams battle out for position. Starting at 5 pm we have our opening ceremonies, pin trading, free skills competitions, and mini games/competitions to bring the baseball community together and have an awesome night together! Bracket play starts Friday and continues into Saturday (Sunday for Underclass) and we crown champions. Take Sunday to have a special family day, rest and recoup, and enjoy everything that Austin has to offer Turn your baseball vacation into an unforgettable experience in this dynamic part of the country. Round Rock offers world class facilities, unforgettable food experiences, and just a short drive to Austin which is known as the Live Music Capital of the World
Event Format: - 4 Game Guarantee - 2 pool play games into a true double elimination bracket - Multiple Brackets may be used for larger divisions - 14u and under will PLAY Thursday-Saturday - All Tournament Teams based on coaches nominations Event Information: - No gate or parking fees for the tournament. The price you pay covers the entire tournament - Amazing fields - Teams limited from geographic areas to ensure a true National Event - True Double Elimination Brackets in Every Division - Teams will receive one dozen baseball Team Rosters: A team roster must completed online with all authorized electronic signatures and must be turned in at team check-in. Copies of your player's birth certificates must be present at time of check-in and must be with the team during all tournament play. Lodging: This is a Stay-To-Play event. This is also where you will receive your one dozen baseballs Starting at 5 pm we will hold our Parade of teams, pin trading, and mini games/skills competitions for teams! Gather with baseball people and enjoy the all the activities we have to offer for you and your family. You won't want to miss this! Friday, July 12th Double Elimination Bracket play begins 8am-10pm A few teams will be eliminated on Friday Saturday, July 13th Championship Day! RULESSouthwest Summer Nationals will follow the same set of rules we our other Texas Baseball Events under. The link to the full rules are below.
REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is SOLD OUT or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels up to 60 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 61 or more days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
